I started egging in 1992 after seeing egg ornaments in a Christmas Store. I am working my way through the Master's Program, so I enjoy creating all types of eggs, although I favor carving. In 1998, I presented an Iowa State Egg to First Lady Laura Bush and have won the Iowa State Contest several times. I teach children each summer and give egging presentations regularly to the school, library programs, and special interest groups. I look forward to working with the IEAG board and members more closely over the next two years.
